Chitral — PIA continues to inconvenience passengers in it’s own ways. The latest being overbooking passengers on Islamabad-Chitral-Peshawar-Chitral-Islamabad flights and then rejecting (sacrificing) confirmed tickets of mostly ladies or simple passengers, while accommodating those who can challenge them.
The PIA has also started arbitrarily canceling the scheduled Peshawar-Chitral flights when there are not enough passengers and then adjusting passengers with the Chitral-Islamabad flights all against the civil aviation rules.
PIAÂ headquarters should look into these matters and regularize and streamline the Islamabad-Chitral and Peshawar Chitral flights.
