Dear sir

The PTI led coalition Govt. in KPK is giving torture to poor people through National Testing service (NTS) for the last 3 years. The procedure of recruitment is prone to corrupt practices. It is to expensive, too lengthy and very unfair. The private company gets huge amount of money as recruitment fee, it summons the candidates from flung places for tests without checking their credentials. At the end of the process , after 6 or 8 months a candidate is told  that her credentials were not up to mark. Before outsourcing to NTS, the relevant Govt. departments would take 15 days in transparent selection of suitable candidates without any charges. The NTS procedure costs each candidate more than 10,000 Rupees in term of of fee and 4 time travel expenses. The private company owned by a Political figure in PTI earns 20 million Rupees in each test and spends only half a million on the conduct  and result. It is high that NAB,FIA and IB should look into the matter and ban such organisation. — Dr Inayatullah Faizi, Chitral, 08 Oct 2016
