D.C.O Surprise visit to Hospital
According to a news report, D.C.O Chitral Paid a surprise visit to
Tehsil Headquarter Hospital Booni, Chitral and suspended the absent
medical staff. Before this visit to Booni Hospital, D.C.O Mutasim
Billah had also made such sudden visits to D.H.Q Hospital Chitral
and various Govt. Schools inside and outside Chitral City. These
inspections of D.C.O had helped improve the services of the said
and other institutions. The common people of Chitral appreciate
these steps taken by D.C.O, because common men suffer badly at the
hands of public institution. That is why every step taken to
improve the conditions of public institutions is widely lauded by
general public.
General perception in Chitral is that D.C.O Should also pay
un-Scheduled visit to WAPDA and water supply unit to correct the
irregularities and non-friendly attitude of their staff members.
People are fed up with these organizations in Chitral City and
their complaints always fall on deaf ears of the concerned
Authorities. Another area of concern for General Public is the
poultry shop in side Chitral City which cause bad smell and disease
for the inhabitants of surrounding areas. These poultry Shops
should be shifted away from City area, because Health department
had also warned against the existence of the poultry Shops in the
Bazar area. Tehsil Nazim had also promised to locale specific area
for the poultry shops outside the Chitral City, But no action has
been taken so for. The present condition is this that due to
present wave of heat, smell from poultry shops spread to adjacent
areas and make the lives of the people miserable.
Again D.C.O Chitral deserves praise and appreciation, and hope,
respected D.C.O also take immediate steps to solve the
above-mentioned problems of Chitral City.
