A Stick in time saves nine.

According to the recent news, the total 65 houses have been destroyed by the break up of glacier in village Sonogar Chitral. The process is continuing; the roads and bridges have been destroyed. The people evacuated their houses and forced to live under the open sky. The local people of Mastuj are busy in relief work; still, no govt machinery and any NGO could be visible in this scenario, no any army�s air relief has been provided to the effected people.

36 hours rains and thunderstorm have been forecasted by the Met office, in such a case, no air relief would be possible, so far such an emergency situation our govt should arrange some stand by helicopters for the relief of the effected people because no road infrastructure remained in use, otherwise the casualties and destructions would be multiplied. As it is said that �a Stick in time saves nine,� because timely action always beneficial for the people as well as for the country.
