Thanks to the Great Nazims
The voice of Broghil

My poor valley Broghil has been always neglected since from formation of Pakistan.Now all my gratitude and thanks goes to the District Government for fulfilling the demands of the valley. The people of valley have full trust on the leadership of our UC Nazim Mr. Mohammad Wazir and he has been fully supported in the election. He is struggling hard to solve the problems of our area and has been achieving his goals.

Indeed the Tehsil Nazim Shahzada Sikandar Ul Mulk is a famous personality and has got family linkages in that valley. We are still waiting for his services in our region. Being a man of royal family, our people expect indeed something very special service from his part in that isolated region of Chitral.

But the valley never forgets the greatness and help of our District Nazim Haji Maghfirat Shah. He has been the man more kind and helpful to the poor people of Broghil. He is the personality who for the first time approved the Broghil festival and took it to the Federal Government for further approval. He then approved to construct the building of Government Dispensary, a building for Govt. Primary school and wheat store in Broghil. Though we have been requesting for these projects for the last ten to fifteen years.

Our District Nazim has been serving the area with out any personal advantage.
Though one single vote had been cast for MMA in last election in Broghil. I am sure that vote has been cast by mistake. But yet Haji Sahab has always been very helpful to us and to the people, who have been oppressed, helpless and powerless for the last decades. He has never turned away our demands and requests. He is the first donor to Chiantar Welfare Society Broghil, which is the only civil society working for the welfare and development of the region.
During my presentation to Federal Minister of Tourism on Broghil Festival in Islamabad, he has been very helpful and cooperative. This year we will be celebrating Broghil Festival with great zeal and esteem. This credit goes to District Government, HOAP Foundation and to Chiantar Welfare Society Broghil.

Being the pioneer of Broghil festival, I feel special privilege and indeed my dreams are turning to realities. It is me a student of class Prep 9th in 1999 initiated this event with my own pocket money and soon it got popularity. Still there is much to be done in future.
