Is Jashan-e-Qaqlasht, fair this year.?
If winter comes, can spring be far behind.
The perfect mechanism associated with the tilt of the earth on its
orbit; provides the varying seasons to its inhabitants. The variety
in the season highlights the greatness of ALLAH.
The old order enhances the yielding place to new,
And GOD fulfill Himself in many ways,
Lest one good custom may corrupt the world.
After the tiresome, hard and unbearable weather condition, everyone
waits eagerly, the emergence of vernal equinox, which is stimulant
to aesthetic passions. The green carpet of grass spreading all
around and the green hue over the flora makes the hearth and mind
on cloud nine. People fabricate different modes of actions, under
the ambit of their culture to welcome the spring.
A gala organized by us with the name Jashan-e-Qaqlasht registers
our feelings and sentiments, on this occasion and provides a
platform to share and spread happiness on the faces of our fellow
being. These are the precious moments to forget and sideline the
miseries and afflictions, which are call of the day at present. In
barebone a eulogizing step to lessen the grievances, enhancement of
social cohesion, boosting of economic sector, and a massage of
brotherhood among tom dick and Harry.
Could we deserve such a fun fair this year?
After the catastrophe and catzylam witnessed within couple of weeks
on our fellow in the length and breath of chitral every conscious
impedes such a move. In this hour of need and sympathy we had to
share their grieves and adversities and had to postpone the event.
Because how a body with a pain at one part celebrates the joy. We
had to arise in unison in order to mitigate the consequences of
this Greek gift, rather then a frolic and dancing on the barren
terrain of Qaqlasht, which had attraction for the few months.
Please spare a moment and think on it.

Dear Editor.
Through your esteemed online news paper I want to felicitate the
young generation of village kuragh and galasht for their unity and
passion of self service which they showed in repairing the power
lines damaged due to snow fall .They repaired the line from zait to
kuragh for at least three times.
Beyond any doubt this was an exemplary and great work .May God
bless every young generation of chitral with the same passion and
unity.
