Touch Me Not.

The plant which on touch stilts, same is the case with the telephone lines provided by PTCL station at Bumbagh Chitral, when touched no response. the funny situation is that when responds first you have to clarify either it is the place where you are going to talk or not. because if you are going to dial a number in Reshun the ring goes to Kuragh, and if you are going to dial a number at Chitral the recipient will be the resident of Kosht. So be careful while you are talking to your family may be it would be from another place.
Dear Sir!
it is a unique station has been operated in this area, keeping in view the first question you have to touch the telephone as "From where you are speaking please" if the respondent is the one one whom you are going to talk is the right one then OK (in rare cases) oftenly you have to repeat the sentence "Sorry wrong number". In this situation when your call is urgent you have to move to another set or you have to wait till the correction of lines.
This station has been operated and become fully functional in the last quarter of 2006, and still the public is looking for good luck. It is because of the skilled labours in these stations, when the officials are contacted they reply this will be corrected with a light laugh.
may i request the higher authorities to to instruct for the correction of fault otherwise PTCL will be looking off the customers in these areas, because many multinational companies have launched their services which are acceptable to the public and also their services are batter than PTCL.
