I am paying my deepest felicitations to my brother Mr.Minhasuddin, for qualifying Federal Public Service Commission, who was decorated by the reward of Meteorologist (BPS 17), in Pakistan Meteorological Department, which is under Ministry of Defense. He stood First in N.W.F.P.
One Year earlier Federal Public Service Commission had appointed him for the post of Assistant Meteorologist (BPS 16) in the same department. At that time he also came first in N.W.F.P. So I am happy now on the promotion of my brother, and giving him best wishes and prayers for his coming CSS result.
