90% Natural calamities are either Meteorological or hydrological, that occur in promptu, causing cataclysm to lives and infrastructure sector. The acid test of these weather-induced calamities speaks a volume, that the sole culprit is human itself that acts as act catalyst to create an eccentricity in nature. The engulfing threat of global warming and inimical phenomenon of enhanced green house effect are human-borne activities that shift the natural balance towards oddity. To avert these phenomenon, occurring in the stratosphere of Earth, requires strategy that might take an eons. The implementation of Kyoto and Montreal protocol for reduction of global warming and ozone layer protection, along with the check on the rampant expansion of industrial revolution, might result in the resumption of the natural balance. The recently drought like situation, all over the country culminated, with the recent splash of heavenly drops and caused a wave of exclamation and appropriateness in the country. But for chitralis it heralded. an ejaculation of surprise in the shape of lowari pass closure ,the gargantuan hurdle, between chitral and rest of the country. Let�s pray that ALLAH almighty shower HIS blessings upon us, in the harrowing months of captivity as weather subjected hostage and made the lowari tunnel project successful by putting a little pat on its back. Let request our brothers in the market not to take advantage of the misery, by mounting prices of daily usuage commodities and not to have an itching palm. It is a thousand pities to make a pile, and to take the time by the forelock. Let�s rise in unison to make this adversity into o an opportunity.
