The Darkest Bazaar of Pakistan

We usually read in general knowledge books, that the largest bazaar of Pakistan, without a cross in the bazaar of Batkhila,  whereas we through this letter want to up date the general knowledge of the people of Pakistan that Chitral bazaar is the darkest bazaar of Pakistan, during this season if any body would visit the Chitral bazaar definitely the chances are there to fell into any gutter or to crash with any electricity poll. When contacted the responsible officers, they say that there is a problem of billing with WAPDA authorities. If the district govt. is unable to pay the electricity bill, than it should contact with the local shopkeeper and get their contribution to pay the bills. Than in such a situation the existence of district govt. has no meaning and it is an extra burden on govt. treasury. For the progress and prosperity all the extra burden of the treasury must be removed, otherwise we don�t have such an amount to waste, because we are developing nation of the world. The govt. departments from top to the bottom are under the spell of mismanagement and disorder everywhere. Any person having a common sense if would visit the congested areas of Chitral especially Raihan Kot and Guldor, would see that all the water supply system are lying open and in some where the gutter water is mixing with the drinking water. This is the situation of the basic enmities in the city area than what about the far flung areas of Chitral? The public health department should at least send an official to these areas to survey and to submit adetail report about these villages, because the efficiency of departments are usually judged by the facilities provided to the people of City. And also the civilization, Culture and life style of the people are measured within the enmities provided to the people of  congested areas. Because of the population of these areas they also deserve some extra attention on behalf of the govt and its departments.
