Dear Sir,

Going through different letters regarding PIA service to Chitral I would suggest to my friends Mr. Tahir Hussain Syed and others that for moments just think if we would be there in the counters where PIA staffs carrying on their routine task what will we do when everyone wants to get precedence over others. It is easy to say the word management or public dealing; pragmatically what compulsions we have to face in managing all these matters; as there is legendary proverb in Khowar �kanto asko thein hash sarer�. There may be some gaffe on behalf of staff as it is human nature that man is not perfect but this is not a justification to censure entirely PIA staff because many times I have observed that we people ourselves create such an environment due to which mistakes become obligatory. It might be easier to put our behavior and approach into the right track or direction rather than to change others; this is the cause of irritation and nervousness which the entire globe faces today because we wish to have everything according to our taste.
