Great People to Fly with.

Dear Sir!

In continuation of the on going series of discussions I would like to say that it is a question mark for the Chitral Based PIA staffs. The higher authorities as well as the staffs working under his supervision in Chitral must ponder over the issue. To win the hearts of people we have to fulfill our obligations in a responsible way. Perhaps that is the reason it is said that no pain, no gain. One gets respects when s/he respects others.
The concerns aired by people about the attitude of PIA staff must be taken seriously and PIA staff has to revisit and change their attitude while dealing with customers. They must realize it that their duty is to facilitate the people not to irritate them. So, I must say air facility is the right of every citizen, it is not a privilege rested on PIA staff to provide someone and deprive others. It has its own rules and regulations in the form of written policies, it is not a lottery Programme, and is not on first come first basis-a loop hole for male practices.

Lastly, it is my humble advice that no one can deny the right of many people for a long time because it will compel people to Snatch their right or at least express their grievances openly. It is the time to abolish VIP culture and say good bye to nepotism and favoritism. Otherwise the people-patients and other suffers-waiting for their turn to fly with great people will wait till it will become too late for them to fly with them. It is what happening with poor people and it is not fictitious stories. It is hoped that PIA staff in Chitral will do something to improve the existing situation in order to minimize the bitter experiences of people have the intense need to fly with �to down districts.
