Great People to Die with

Dear Sir.

Concerning a series of letters going on I would like to say is shameful for the PIA Chitral Based staffs. The District Sales manager and the staffs working under his supervision are responsible for such tasks and activities. No pain, no gain, these staff members don�t know how to get respect?

Here I would like to mention one thing necessary that they have to change their attitude positively, I think their duty is to facilitate the peoples not to irritate them. These are the black spots in the name of PIA. So I must say air facility is the right of every citizen, it is not a privilege. It has its own rules and regulations in the form of written policies, it is not a lottery Programme, and is not on first come first basis, it is the right of every citizen, so to verify I must say, �Snatching the right from the usurper is really adoration�.

Snatch your right till the last breath of your life, because it is 21st century.

These peoples who are working or facilitating us are also Chitrali, the are well aware from the needs and requirements of all Chitralis but unfortunately they have been addicted of nepotism and partiality. I think this point will not be available in the PIA Policy. The peoples from far flung areas of Chitral coming to the town area accompanied by patients, staying in the Hotels and are waiting for their turn and turned back to their homes taking the dead bodies of their beloveds.

Great People Shay With

Dear Sir,

Through this online newspaper I would like to thanks all colleagues who shared their opinion about the poor services of PIA sales office Chitral as
(1), some peoples who have good relation with PIA booking staff are flying with PIA by getting ticket easily
(2), some people who have no relation with staff are crying with PIA due to its un professional and rude attitude of staff &
(3), some people are trying to get ticket, make several visits to PIA office, make call booking staff through their friends and relatives.

I would like to add that some peoples shy to fly with PIA due to un professional and rude attitude of staff and don�t use any source for ticket but prefer to visit via Afghanistan.
