Dear Sir,

This refers to opinion of different Chitrali brothers on above subject, published in Chitral times from time to time, it is fact that the behavior of PIA staff at Chitral office is not client oriented. It has been noticed many times that on need basis without using different sources, nobody can get air ticket easily. Every one can appreciate the efforts of those brothers who have expressed their concern from time to time through this news paper, to make it more effective I suggest them that they shall forward their grievances to Chief Operations Officer PIA, Qaid-e-Azam International Air Port Karachi
Pakistan through courier or by post, because this is the another effective way to deliver the message to higher authority of concern department.
