By Passes by Passes everywhere but not anyone to use.

We the people of Chitral are so fortunate, that during of each election campaign, we are getting a new by passes road would inaugurate launched, and operationelized after each election days. Like the previous experiences, we now also got 2 billion rupees for the up lift of Chitral and also again for the by pass road in Chitral. So heartily we welcome to these uplift funds, for the up lift of our district. But one thing is really is out of the reach of any body�s imagination, that the step by the recent govt should have to take in the first year of them govt, they took it in the last days of their Govt, when their days are counted.
Are there rupees are really going to be invested in Chitral, if yes than we don�t have so much time to invest them. Is this money is only being used for electioneering? If is right than there is not any difference between the recent govt and the previous one. They thing that we are living in fool�s paradise but not, times are gone, when we used to live their,
now we left their paradise; ike our father Adam and made our own that�s is Chitral. So please come to the real world and don�t try to send us back to our that abode.
The people of Chitral are politically mature now; they would elect those people who are not competent and not deserving such seats in such a high level.
So through this letter I want draw the attention of my entire city fellows don�t rely only in announcements made by the govt but only actions and deeds must be counted.
