Chitrali Student Got first Position at National Level
Competition
Dear Editor,
Through your esteemed on line newspaper I would like to share the
pride and honor for Chitral and Chitralis in the form of selection
of the project of my younger brother Waqar Ahmed (S/o Syed Noor) student of second
year Pre-Engineering at Aga Khan Higher Secondary School Karachi,
to represent Pakistan at international level.
Each year Intel Pakistan organize Intel Science and Engineering
fair in which projects firstly selected at board levels and then on
provisional level to compete at national level.
This year 16 projects were selected from Sindh province in which
Waqar's project Two channel mobile automation module and control
system got the second position. The grand final of the event was
took place at Islamabad from January 15, 2007 to January 17,2007 at
national library Islamabad where Waqar project win Gold medal and
awarded the grand prize among 95 projects nation wise beside
getting the honor to represent Pakistan in international science
and engineering fair which is schedule in new Mexico USA in May
2007 .
I on the behalf of my self, KCHDWO and all the Chitralis in karachi
and all over the world congratulate Waqar Ahmed, his parents,
teachers and team members for achieving such a pride for all of us
well done and keep it up.
The selection of the project is not an easy task. Due to my past
association with AKHSS I knows that its a very tough job which
requires a lot of commitment, devotion, skills and hard work as one
has to go through various scanning from institution level to
national level .
I further pray for his success and hope that his achievement will
be an example for Chitrali youth and they will definitely realized
that they can compete at not only at national level but the have
capabilities to be successful at international level.
