Gone are the days, when there used to be protest rallies and front line newspaper used to publish article about condemning the PTV newscaster, because of not wearing �Dupatta� properly. When we compare PTV of those days to now a day really it is surprising.
Especially to any person like me, who is found of PTV and watch PTV with Family members Now a day it need a very open mind and ultra modern and liberal mind to digest the PTV programs which are recently on air. Is it a true enlighten and moderation to wear less cloth, to expose most part of the body, is it a true development to use vulgar language and to show porn scenes in drama. Are we competing with western media and Indian media for the showing vulgarity and immoral scenes to our youth, is it a real modernism to keep our own tradition out of the daily life. Is it a progress to follow blindly the Western media? If all these things are part of prosperity and progress than it is OK, otherwise we are really in the wrong track, we are delivering a wrong message to our coming nation builders and we are corrupting their minds. Having observed such kind of Immoral things in PTV, no body is going to criticize this neither the graduate parliamentarian nor the religious parties as usually who used to claim as the champion of Islam. As when we see the beginnings of Islamic era when we were super power in Baghdad and Spain, at that time we were not such kind of ultra moderns, but we were really enlighten and modern, that is way we were ruling all are the world, but to day we are being ruled by the
whole of the world.
