Public Private Partnership.

This refers to Chitraltimes.com  on line, sharing some very good news with its readers regarding very important development that is taking place and some are in line and ready for near future in Chitral. Many readers like me would be very happy to see that the concept of private public partnership founded by expert and specialist for both rural and urban areas development is now taking place in the district of Chitral.
Local Government, nation building departments and the NGOs in Chitral have joined hands and started working together
sharing each others resources, expertise and their priorities for the development of Chitral. This is a very positive approach taken by present local government in Chitral and can no doubt be seen with great respect and recognition by Chitralis.
Provision of fund for development of women in Chitral, digital library for readers and researchers, drinking water to people and above all working jointly for making education qualitative for future generation should be the priorities set before local
government, nation building department and NGOs for whole Chitral. Chitralis are peace and education loving people and
accept that operation with full physical facilities, resources and in peaceful atmosphere PDC Chitral would definitely be able to develop making Chitral stand on top of the list both in quantitative and qualitative sides of development of education in NWFP.

Secondly this is an admitted fact that sustainable socio economic developments would take place and utilization of
resources and fund made available would achieve the required result when implementation of developmental projects is
executed involving people at grass root level through local government and NGOs. Community involvement would also
develop sense of ownership and the projects completed shall be owned and go a long way for the user community
strengthening the spirit of Chitralization. Local Government and NGOs need to work together and this is the right as well
as high time to develop strategy for the qualitative development of education in Chitral.
