This is in reference to the letter titled as mentioned above by Mr. Salman appeared in your esteemed online paper. We, the people of Chitral are facing a unique kind of problem i.e. being cut off other parts of the country during long winter & no any other district is facing such sort of a problem. This is the fact that during winter we are totally dependent on PIA, it this regard first of all it becomes the foremost responsibility of the Govt to provide concession in fare to the inhabitants of the far flung district as compared to normal fares. It is another pity that those who are public servant & are legally and ethically bound to serve the masses are showing misconduct and misbehavior to the poor people of Chitral. I, therefore appeal the high ups of PIA to take account of the matter and remove the problem by instructing and teaching manners of public dealing to its staff.
