Great People to Fly with

It is a reality in big cities financially great people only can afford the services of the National flag carrier (PIA) but the matter is totally different, in our Chitral, here we don�t have all weather rout, so because of this difficulty every one has this option in winter to use PIA services. In all over the world the public dealing of the PIA staff is exemplary, but here again the matter is totally different in Chitral. In companies, Corporations and other Semi-Govt. and Govt. Organizations the Manager would be the responsible person to ensure the friendly atmosphere to the common man, but in Chitral the Manager of PIA is seemed as a person un qualified, non professional and having no managerial skills, that is why, most of the passengers who are visiting PIA office, they are regularly complaining about his misbehavior and misconduct with the poor people of Chitral, according to one of my friend who was waiting in PIA office for ticket, said that the behaviors of Manager is worst than the behaviors of the colonizers.
So we through your esteemed newspaper want to convey this massage to the high ups of PIA authorities, that they must ask the manger about his behaviors. If they don�t want to transfer the manager to the other cities, at least arrange a proper (PR) training to him. It is a matter of great concern for all we Chitrali�s that in 21 century we have only an option to travel in C-130 airplane its interior setting is only for goods transportation not for passengers, but still we are not complaining about it, but it is also the responsibility of PIA to arrange a passenger airplane to Chitral. But our complain is about the misbehaviors and misconduct of PIA Management staff here in Chitral. So this practice of PIA management reaches to the top level whenever there is no option to a common man other then PIA in every year.
So there should be some changes in PIA management staff to provide relief to the poor people of Chitral.
