Mother-The most beautiful gift of Allah

14th May is Mothers day and is celebrated all over the world. Mother, no doubt, is blessing of Allah and is the most loving relation one can ever experience in his/her life. She is an angel who can kiss away pain and a friend who can talk you out of problems. She is the magician who always makes you happy and is of course the most cherished gift of life. Just talking about mom brightens the day.The bond between a mother and a child is so unique that it can't be compared to anything else in the world.
All moms are very special for their children and we should thank God for blessing us with the most affectionate personality who is called mother. So on this special occasion I want to wish all the mothers a very special mothers day.I want to thank my mom for all what she has done for me and always being there for me whenever I need her so Sweet Mom I love u vvvvv much.
May Allah bless my mom and all other moms with sound health and longest life.Ameen

A talented person doesnt get what he/she deserves

Mr Mian Ali Shah has raised an important issue in his article ( The Statesman, May 8, 2006).Its true that in our country there is no value of merit, efficiency, honesty, talent and ability. A talented person doesnt get what he/she deserves while another one reaches the peak by dint of unfair means. Its really a bad situation but it becomes worse when the students take a plunge of leaving their country in search of better and safe future.
In my view its just a manifestation of cravenness and selfishness. The inhabitants of a home wont flee away when the home is in trouble instead theyll become united and face the tribulation with intrepidity. Our country is also our home and if we will run away then what will be the future of our homeland?
Its a pity that we, Pakistanis, are egotist and we only think about ourselves. We justify our migration to developed countries by saying that there is injustice, barbarity, corruption and lack of employment in our country therefore we should go abroad to stabilize our future. Fine, I agree, but if every individual will think about his/ her future then who will think about the future of this country? We cant say that our government is responsible for making everything correct because we all know that what type of people our politicians are?
So we, students, have t o come forward with a spirit of bringing our country on par with developed countries otherwise, God forbid, but we will be the true example of Aur teri daastaan tak na hogi daastanon main.
