No one bothered to congratulate to Ali

Dear Sir,

Almost everyday one goes through the congratulatory messages sent by Mr Liaquat Ali and Mr Sher Wali Khan Aseer. The writers are educationists with backgrounds in academe. Both of them do not hesitate in congratulating little small children even for street news.

Some weeks back Chitral Times published a story that Ali-ul-Mulk, a gentleman from Mastuj got a commercial pilot license. Indeed it is honour for all Chitralis. But I am very sorry to say that not even a single Chitrali including the two educationists (as they more responsible to encourage their youth) bothered to congratulate him. Every Chitrali was mum after that news, but why? Isn�t this discrimination? Ali also deserves appreciation and congratulations from their Chitrali brethren like all other Chitrali students.
