Empty Vessels of Chitral and Lukshun Be Be

According to news, the well known social worker Lukshun BiBi was honored with Fatima Jinnah National award by Prime Minister of Pakistan. This is the honor for all Chitrali women, but the said news was not published widely. If that news is true I would like to extend my heartiest congratulation through Chitral Times to Lukshun BiBi for the said achievement in field of social work and development.
In the name of social work and social development numbers of paid and unpaid people are working in Chitral over the years, most are heavily paid some are qualified and others are �wise professional� but it is for the first time that such award has been granted to any Chitrali in recognition of community services. It is matter of sorrow that no Qashqari from anywhere sent even single world of tribute to Lukshun BiBi on her tremendous achievement as Chitrali.
For a mini utility store inauguration in Drosh Ex- Nazim and present Nazimeems are calling press conferences, it is shame for both of them, that, they have come down to fight for that petty leveled issue.
Utility stores are government shops, like any shop in Drosh bazaar and government makes money out of that business. Utility shops are opened by the authorities everywhere in the country as the government makes money out of this business, it is beyond understanding of the public, how that could give credibility to anyone. Utility stores are not a package designed for poor man or for backward areas anyway, as there are number of utility stores in Hayatabad Peshawar and even in supermarkets of Islamabad.
On the other hand Lawari tunnel is strategic need of the army, and is not credibility of any one in Chitral. Shahazada can never stop that as MNA cries, as he does not command the army, and Mawlana MNA can not approve it in assembly as he sits in opposition bench. We all are of course thankful to Gen Parvez Musharaf as Army Chief for Lawari Tunnel, obviously he dos not belong to any political party, he believes in moderate Islam and closer to that slogan is PPP to which neither shahzada Mohiud-Din nor Mawlana  belongs .
On the other hand Lukshen BiBi wins a national award for providing services in the valley�s where there are not only Kalash rather the majority of the population consists of Muslim, and she never called press conferences, neither shouted on her achievement which makes the difference between the empty vessel and the full one.
