Used urine rubber tubes openly sold in markets

Dear Sir,
Adulterated and fake food stuff are already the standard things available in the market but now a more lethal health hazard has been added to the merchandise of Chitral bazars.
Used rubber urine tubes of hospitals are now being sold as rubber bands in Booni bazar which people specially children buy for sling shots etc. The picture shows such rubber bands being sold alongside foodstuff thus imperiling the health of the population as viruses like Hepatitis and AIDs can easily spread amongst unaware users of such rubbers ..
