Independent candidate Muhammad Hussain join Jamat Islami
An independent candidate from Lot Koh ward of district council Lot
Koh, Muhammad Hussain decided to support Jamaat-e-Islami in the
election of district nazim raising its strength to 12 in the house
Addressing a press conference here on Tuesday flanked by district
amir of JI, Maghfirat Shah, he said that the decision of supporting
JI was based on his unflinching conviction on the integrity of the
party which always stood on principles.
He said that he belonged to the home constituency of the sitting
MPA and district president of PPP, Salim Khan who nominee was badly
rejected by the people because of poor performance in the
Mr. Hussain said that the people of his constituency had pinned
great hopes on him to drive the area out of the morass of
deprivation and backwardness by voting him and this was possible
only through JI.
He said that the area lacked the basic facilities of life in this
advanced age while the elected representative had disappointed them
in the past.
