Four persons die when land sliding hit a house in Shishiko valley

CHITRAL: Four of a family died instantly when a lightning hit their home in the high altitude Puret Gol pasture of Sheshi Koh valley here on Sunday morning.

Those died have been identified as Dilawar Khan son of Shereen, Khan Bibi wife of Meena Gul, Fazle Rahim and Muhmmad Israr sons of Muhammad Amin who died when the roof caved in on being hit by the lightning.

Commandant of Chitral Scouts, colonel Naeem Iqbal dispatched rescue team to the site under the command of lieutenant colonel Mehmoodul Hassan who have recovered the dead bodies from the debris.

The dead bodies were buried in the village situated in Sheshi Koh valley adjacent to the Swat district.
