Free Medical Camp organized by Pak Army with collaboration of

KOSHT: A free medical camp was arranged in Kosht by Pak Army
in collaboration with District Health Department Chitral to
facilitate the ailing community by providing health care
facility at their doorsteps. A qualified team of professional
doctors examined hundreds of patients including men, women and
children. The patients were given free medical advice as well as
medicines. Most of the adult patients had complaints of
hypertension, allergy and physical weaknesses while children
suffering from fever, cough and direhea were also given
treatment. Hundreds of ladies of special female cases were also
treated by the gynecologists.
The camp was organised on the directives of Commandant Chitral
Scouts and District Health Officer after a special request by
member district council Gholam Mustafa Advocate. The team of the
physicians included Dr. Gondal (Pak Army) , Dr. Gulzar , Dr.
Shehnaz and Dr. Sultana from DHQ Hospital Chitral. Locals of the
area appreciated this effort and expressed their heartiest
gratitude for the concerned authorities.
