Children Deprived of Education in Pakistan.

Respected Sir,

With drawing your attention, I am writing about the children deprived of education in Pakistan. Education is the right of every child but unfortunately in our country most of the children are deprived from education. It is one of the most common problem that is need to be solved. Education is the only tool that can break this inter generational cycle of oppression, abuse, and poverty. Today a million of children are deprived of education and this is a major cause of violence and growing crisis in Pakistan. There are about 19.5 million children of primary age group, out of which 6.8 million are out of school and 60% of these are females. Major cause of illiteracy is the increase in population, which is playing a negative role in deprivation of education for every child. Poverty is the biggest problem in Pakistan due to which children are not able to get education in their early childhood because their parents canít afford their education expenses and force their child for working in their early ages. In Pakistan there is no such law for child labor. Government should start solving this problem as it is the only solution leading towards a brighter future for Pakistan.

Spinach-The Eye Remedy.

Dear Sir,

Spinach helps to improve eyesight you can have 20/20 vision you just have to take a little more care of your eyes and no more waste of money on other treatment. Lutein is the pigment found in foods like green leafy vegetables that gives it its color. It is found in the yolk of eggs. You can buy spinach canned or frozen but it is most nutritious when purchased fresh. Originally it was found in southwest Asian and was unknown to Romans and Greeks but first began to be cultivated by the Persians. It is grown universally except for in the very warm climates. It came into use first as a medicinal plant because of its oxalic acid. Spinach is hailed as a super food because it has so many vitamins and minerals. It is low in calories.

The best exercise is Dot exercise, to do this a period or comma on the page and focus on creation it as clear as possible. Stare at the period until it comes into focus. Chances are after a few seconds the period will actually become less clear and blurry. Try relaxing your eyes. Close them for a minute and let them relax. Now look at the period without straining.

Spinach if probably one of the better vegetables you can eat for your eye health and eye vision. Spinach is loaded with Leutin, a carotene that we already know thatís important to fight of eye diseases. But exactly how does Lutein work? This is pretty boring stuff, so letís be brief: Lutein in your eyes absorbs blue light, which is the most dangerous type of light for your eyes. Lutein and zeaxanthin protects the eye from damage by UV light. Spinach is not only high in Lutein, but it also has abundant vitamin A and C, fiber, and potassium. Studies have shown that a diet with regular spinach dishes improves your overall health, and especially health for your eyes.

This leafy green is an excellent source of vitamin K, vitamin A, magnesium, folate, manganese, iron, calcium, vitamin C, vitamin B2, potassium, and vitamin B6. Itís a very good source of protein, phosphorus, vitamin E, zinc, dietary fiber, and copper. Plus, itís a good source of selenium, niacin, and omega-3 fatty acids. Although the mechanism by which egg yolk increases lutein bio availability is not yet known, it is likely due to the fats (cholesterol and choline) found in egg yolk since lutein, like other carotenoids, is fat-soluble and cannot be absorbed unless fat is also present. To maximally boost your lutein absorption from spinach, I suggest enjoying this vegetable, whether steamed, sauteed or fresh in spinach salad, with a little olive oil and/ or a topping of chopped hard-boiled egg to provide your body with some fats to help enhance the bio availability of this fat-soluble phytonutrient.

Eating spinach helps to cure the eyesight as observed, benefits are that its soothes and relaxes your eyes, and enhances local blood circulation, which improves your vision. It keeps you healthy eating spinach has no side effects.
