NURSES HELP IN DECREASING MORTALITY RATE

Nosocomial infection is an infection which patientís get from the hospital environment (after 48 hours) during their treatment. Negligence of health team members gives life threatening infection to the patient. Nosocomial infection developed in the hospital environment, this infection commonly transmit when health care provider do not follow correct technique of hand hygiene as health care provider move from patient to patient. Most common nosocomial infections are ventilator associate pneumonia (VAP), methicillin resistant staphylococcus aurous (MRSA), staphylococcus aurous, Candida albicans, tuberculosis-hospital acquired pneumonia, vancomycin resistance enterococcus (VRE), acinitobactor, these infections are increasing the mortality rate. If health care team members follow standard for example they wear apron, gloves, proper hand washing so they can prevent for spreading nosocomial infection and help in decreasing the mortality rate.
