“What Makes a Good Writer?”
A good writer is a person who connects the words and builds a
strong co-relation between the structures within sentences. Writing
takes a lot of attention to describe the thing in detail. A person
who is a good observer will be the exemplarily writer. Good writing
doesn’t mean to add a lot of vocabulary to impress the reader. It
is said that to be a good writer one needs to explain a lot of
information in a concise way. I personally believe that the one who
writes in a simple, focused and clear way is a good writer. The
second thing is practice and patience in writing. There is a famous
proverb that “Practice makes a man perfect”. It won’t be an easy
task and takes a lot of time to reach the goal. It is not a thing
that for the purpose of writing a person can take a course or
classes; it is beyond the formal organization or institution. It
also depends upon the thinking pattern of a person that how you
shape your ideas and thoughts during communication and writing.
The characteristic of a good writer is that he addresses the
situation, event, place and person in a real life for the readers.
Language also plays pivotal role in making a person good writer. By
language we do not mean solely words, but the grammar that we use
to put them together to produce utterances that reflect our
impressions of our lives, experiences, and environment, as well
human beings exchange knowledge, beliefs, opinions, wishes, threats
promises, feelings and effect us in every aspect of life.
Be specific and to the point and give arguments according to the
context in each paragraph in writing and wind up extra ideas and
words to make the sentences more apparent and unambiguous.
Ambivalence always confuses a person because at the same time many
things may be interpreted but the main idea evanishes. In writing
it is strenuous task to separate the main point in an
understandable way for the readers. “Every secret of a writer’s
soul, every experience of his life, every quality of his mind, is
written large in his works.”
